Step 1. Place the ball in Kicker. Then fasten it firmly with the Velcro straps.

Step 2. Fasten Kicker around your waist. It should be neither too loose nor too tight. You attach and adjust it with the Velcro.
Step 3. Done! Practise and have fun!
